Disclaimer
Important Notice: FaVPN provides virtual private network connectivity to encrypt data in transit. Using a VPN does not guarantee absolute anonymity, nor does it grant immunity from local laws or legal responsibilities.
1. Legal Compliance & Lawful Use
FaVPN is designed as a privacy and security tool to protect user traffic from local network eavesdropping and unsecured network environments. FaVPN does NOT endorse, encourage, or condone illegal activities, copyright infringement, cyberattacks, or violations of third-party terms of service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the VPN service complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws in your jurisdiction.
2. Connection Speeds & Performance Variability
Connection performance, throughput speeds, latency (ping), and stability are subject to numerous factors beyond our direct control, including:
- Your local internet service provider (ISP) connection quality and baseline bandwidth.
- Physical geographic distance between your device and the remote VPN server node.
- Current network congestion, routing hops, and intermediate carrier traffic management.
- Device hardware specifications and background application activity.
Consequently, we do not guarantee specific minimum download speeds, ping values, or perpetual zero-latency routing.
3. Speed Test Results
The integrated speed test feature inside FaVPN provides an estimated diagnostic measurement of network throughput at the moment the test is conducted. Results represent instantaneous network metrics and may vary between tests and across different test endpoints.
4. Third-Party Websites & External Services
Connecting through a VPN changes your virtual network location. Certain third-party websites, streaming platforms, financial institutions, or online services may impose their own restrictions or security verification checks when accessed via known VPN IP ranges. FaVPN is not responsible for access limitations imposed by third-party services.
5. “No Absolute Guarantee” Notice
No security software or VPN service can provide 100% invulnerability or absolute anonymity against sophisticated state-level actors or targeted device compromises (e.g., malware or keyloggers installed on your physical device). Users must maintain good security hygiene on their devices.
