2. Description of Service

FaVPN provides a virtual private network service that creates an encrypted data tunnel between your device and remote server nodes. The service includes dynamic server selection, connection telemetry, and built-in network speed testing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use FaVPN only for lawful purposes. You expressly agree NOT to use the service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law, statute, or regulation.
• Transmit, distribute, or facilitate malware, viruses, worms, or malicious software.
• Engage in unauthorized access to computer systems, network penetration, or port scanning.
• Conduct distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or disrupt third-party network services.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights, copyrights, patents, or trademarks.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial messages (“spam”) or fraudulent schemes.

4. User Responsibilities & Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and for all activities conducted through your connection. You acknowledge that VPN protection does not exempt you from compliance with applicable laws or third-party terms of service.

5. Service Availability & Performance

While we strive for high availability and low latency, VPN connection speeds and server availability may vary depending on network conditions, geographical distance, internet service provider routing, and server load. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the FaVPN brand, application interfaces, website design, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of FaVPN and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAVPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
